Bought these mats for use in a home gym. I am really pleased with the mats as they are sufficiently thick to cushion the blows from a P90X workout and large enough to cover a pretty good area with only a few mats. My only drawback would be that the mats are a little slippery even with shoes on. Had to put my yoga mat on top of the mats for yoga exercices.
