A coat of Gypsum? – never mind that – how about starting the floor ON the chaulk line that Chad (or whatever his name was) snapped?! – I wish they would show us the full tile on one side and the sliver of a tile at the other side – nice job – no wonder you can tell whenever the homeowner attemps a job that they saw on freaking TV!
Putting the rubber over an uneven substrate is sloppy work. You should have poured a leveling coat of gypsum concrete first.
