    I really disagree with getting? a stability ball. I haven’t used the stability ball once, yet used an actual bench so many times.

    i like doing outdoor exercises like jogging, suicides etc. and some at home i don’t prefer gym although there are some really good advantages of going to gym like you remain? motivated which is not easy when you are at home… so i prefer home+outdoor and gym if they allow me to enter anytime and exit anytime.. :-)

    Commercial asswhipes. Just sprint to the forest. Grab do pullups until you puke. Then do pushups until your head feels like its going to explode, then sprint home, eat alot of fish and meat, sleep for at? least 10 hours. Do this every 2 days. The mashines at the gym make you weak since the mashine controls the movement. Break yourself down and build yourself up the natural way and you’ll get hard as steel. This video is just stupid. Don’t waste your money.
